Extended Service Area
Ultimate Termite serves Southern California from Orange County to the Inland Empire and Riverside County. For cities beyond our primary Orange County and close-LA service area, a $295 travel fee applies — and it's credited in full toward any treatment you book.
$295 Travel Fee — Extended Service Area
The $295 travel fee covers our inspector's time and mileage to your extended service area property. If you book any treatment, the full $295 is credited toward your treatment cost. You only “pay” the travel fee if you choose not to proceed with treatment.
How Extended Service Works
Schedule Your Inspection
Call or schedule online. We confirm the $295 travel fee for extended area properties upfront — no surprises.
Licensed Inspection
A CA-licensed inspector performs the same thorough whole-structure inspection we provide in our primary service area, with written report included.
$295 Credited Toward Treatment
If you proceed with any treatment, the full $295 travel fee is applied as a credit toward your treatment cost. Same quality, same warranty, same license.
